Harmer Slater is an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisors located close to Central London.

Colin Harmer, Senior Partner, has a particular interest in UK corporate structures. Colin specialises in trading arrangements appropriate for members of both UK and international groups and the UK corporate tax consequences. Colin is able to advise in connection with acquisitions and disposals, mergers and de-mergers, flotations and off-shore structures.

Tim Slater, Managing Partner, specialises in providing business advice, drawing on his experience gained as Finance Director of a broad range of companies. This includes business plans, budgetary control, management information systems and accounting software solutions. Tim also has experience of International Financial Reporting Standards and their application to multi-national groups.

Frances Cummins, Tax Partner, offers advice on all aspects of taxation from business start-up through to retirement. Experienced in providing effective and practical solutions to tax problems, Frances concentrates on taking full advantage of opportunities to reduce or defer tax liabilities.
